Rooted Kitchen is, on the surface, a cookbook. Below the surface it’s a personal journey interconnected with nature; what it is to be wild; an exploration of self. “This book is a love letter to nature.”

The growth, adventure, and beauty are in the dishes, but also in the gathering of ingredients, the creation of recipes, and the wild liturgy of words. In making this IPA we wanted to push beneath the surface to the nuance that resides within beer, and books, and mostly, in people.
