When we travel, we love the adventure of new places, but we equally love exploring the familiar. It is always possible to stumble upon something new which has the beautiful effect of bringing magic into the ordinary.
With this beer we wanted to revisit the familiarity of a pale ale by taking a fresh approach to the traditional hop profile, and simplifying the malt base creating a refreshing and exciting take on this classic style.
